Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery, including the delivery date.
Requests made after this period will be automatically rejected.
Returns will be approved only if all required conditions are met:
Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defect
Product received in damaged condition
Missing item(s) in the parcel
Mandatory Requirement:
A clear, unedited unboxing video from opening the sealed package is compulsory.
Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must provide a proper, uncut and continuous unpacking video of the product from the moment the package is received. This video must clearly show the parcel condition, unboxing process, and the issue being claimed.

We do NOT accept returns for the following reasons:
Size, fit, or color dissatisfaction
Minor color variations due to screen resolution or lighting
Change of mind after order confirmation
Delay caused by courier or logistics partners
Product worn, washed, altered, or damaged by customer
Missing tags, labels, or original packaging
Items purchased during sales, offers, or discount campaigns
Refunds are initiated only after quality inspection approval.
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
Refunds will be credited to:
Original payment method OR Store credit (as per company discretion)
Shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable.
COD orders are eligible for return only for verified defects or wrong items.
₹200 COD charge is non-refundable.
Refunds for COD orders are processed only via store credit or bank transfer.
Repeated COD return misuse may lead to future COD restriction.
No returns or exchanges are accepted for international orders.
Customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing an international order.
Reverse pickup is subject to serviceability.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship the product to our return address.
Shipping charges for self-return are non-reimbursable.
